Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivers within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – delivers within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you love every product as much as we do, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be needed. Here’s how our process works:
Our Return Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened skincare products (due to hygiene reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as final sale
- Makeup Remover and Tinted Moisturiser products once opened (following industry standards for cosmetic items)

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new product once we receive your return. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until your refund is processed.
