Our Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened skincare products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale

Please Note: For health and safety reasons, our Makeup Remover and Tinted Moisturiser products cannot be returned once opened, similar to industry standards for cosmetic items.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new product once we receive your return. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error.

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your receipt until your refund is processed.
